I don't know what to say.

I like tattoos but wtf is with her finger nails?

I would assume the fingernails are part of the skin condition, as even the most hardened biter couldn't get them that short (could they??)

I suppose it's nice to have a hobby, no matter how strange you might end up looking.

It looks like she had her fingernails removed, possibly by choice or necessity. I would expect she would still need to stay out of the sun, even with all her tats she would still blister.

I suppose the tattoos hide the scars! The nails must be part of the condition as well. The tattoos on her face are very faded, probably blistered a lot there... Shame!

If you look at the sagging skin on her arms you can validate the older age comment. Did she put base make-up on her face? It just looks like an ink smear on her face from just a short distance.
