This was on the news this morning. Almost everyday I see scenes almost as bad as thing driving through North Philadelphia. Kids having chips and soda for breakfast, kids getting beat, mothers putting grape soda and ice tea in their baby's bottle.

I would never feed a baby soda, but there is a large difference between giving a 2 year old soda/tea and giving one 2 packs a day.

People(and I use this term loosely) gice ciggs to monkeys . The Monkeys not only smoke them they get addicted to them... and beer as well. Tourists thinks its funny. I think it is abuse and those giving them the ciggs and beer should have to serve in prison.

And it's not like one of those videos where it's questionable whether it's an adult who looks like a child... no, this is a real child smoking cigarettes. If you watch the video, you can tell the kid has been doing it awhile. He does it effortlessly... like, naturally.
