Wow what is Ukraine coming to this would never happen in front of Soviet or Russian government buildings. Yes it is very hot, but also makes them look like they are prostitutes and if Ukraine is a dumpty brothel as the "protestors" say. Other commentators are probably right that they are looking for excuse to take their clothes off. Very nice, but WTF???????????
