The second one is fabulous.

Make-up aside, lighting makes a huge difference. Nobody looks good with a bright light shining directly above their face.

Not that I know anything about make-up, but the biggest change seems to be the eyes.

It saddens me a lot to see so many cute girls (and some not so cute) trying to be something they're not (occidental and big-eyed).

That being said, some of these transformations are quite good.

make-up is friggin unbelievable!
I saw on a show once that the psychology behind make-up is that men find bigger eyes and softer features most attractive, because it subconciously reminds us of baby-like features and makes these women seem more fertile. Not sure I buy that, but that's what 'they' say.

it is just like a tv ad. They are close up bad lighting and bad expressions on their faces. The after pic is good lighting smiles and propper distance to the camera.

I think the ones that looked good in the after pic looked good in the before pic as well. I like to see what a girl is going to look like in the morning after she moves in with out make-up
