A fellow lacked time to buy stamps for his mail. But he came up with one creative solution.
Gluing coins straight onto the envelope to cover for the missing stamps.

the mail man probably took of the five cents and ripped the mail so he wouldnt have to deal with trying to figure out to do with such a jackass situation.
When in doubt, rip it up and stick it in a damaged US mail envelope and send it back to the sender!
