All the "before" pictures look better.

Yeah all of the before pics look better. Some of them are not to bad but they are pushing it. Some of them, bleh. Why would they think looking like a stick is sexy. As for Megan Fox's 6-pack Dear Lord, that looks like it would belong on a guy not a woman so that makes me wonder

Hmmmmm, some of them look a little 'shopped to me. Not saying that they all are, but there is no way they can be that skinny and alive. All the before pics look GREAT!

I don't know of any men that like the after pics!! Its really sad to see that.

Would say they don't get fed... Or they just don't want to exercise, so they just starve themselves skinny...

All the before pics look a lot better than the afters. Mind you in some of the befores they're way too thin even then.

The goal is for women to be a size 0. I mean come on, size ZERO??!!! Oh and now that's too fat too, now there's double zero...
But the line is so fine for women just 10 pounds can make you look anorexic or fat.

It wouldn't hurt to mention that some of the photos are reversed. Eg. Natalie Portman is pregnant on the first photo (taken in February this year, so it is actually the 'after' photo) and the second one, with the pink dress was from the 2009 Oscars Gala, when she was already training for the Black Swan and therefore losing much weight (even though she's tiny by nature).

Same thing with Nicole Richie by the way. I think it's quite unfair to still accuse her of Anorexia when she looks so much healthier and is much more responsible now.
