I saw more famous people when I lived in NYC than one would believe. It is however an unwritten law/rule that you NEVER APPROACH them for an autograph etc... It was funny to see how people went out of their way to see that they NEVER let the celebrity notice that they have been spotted.

Oh and If that is Chris Noth he looks like a street person.
