Some of the promo cars are good, like the school bus/yacht transport combo, and the 57 drag car near the bottom.

Sadly though, the blind school, or the school for the less-than-gifted must have kicked out early on a few of these. See pic86, the blue with yellow trim drop top with hoooooge wheels and the lambo doors. Epic wallet-barry and a triumph of cash over taste.
