The chinese government will rip off anybody . Look at all the counterfeit merchandise they produce. They pay no attention to any copywrite laws. Think about all the tainted goods they have produced.They looked at buying hummer corp. and backed out. They probably only intended to steal ideas from that company, Why pay?

Hummers are made under contract by GM to Tengzhong until June 2011, so you can calm down about any Chinese rip-off people... If you bothered to do any research.
