Bufalino was created by German industrial designer Cornelius Comanns. It's based on Piaggio APE 50 three wheeled light transport vehicle. It's economic and fuel efficient. It has a cooking zone, a bed, a basin, storage space, a water tank and a refrigerator.

Actually, quite a novel idea. This would be perfect for someone travelling Europe or South East Asia on a budget. Since it only has three wheels, it would be classified as a trike. Like a motorcycle, I don't see why it would need to meet any crash impact requirements. You can get a Honda Goldwing pretty loaded up with saddle bags and such add ons.

The pics are Shopped if you ask me....

The front does not look like this normally.

& @ doelbodho:

That's not true, it is an Italian Piaggio APE 50.

The TukTuk is a copy of the original 3wheeler from Italy.
I've had one a long time ago, my dad still has one and sells icecream with it...;)
