Koenigsegg CCXR and Lamborghini Murcielago SuperVeloce that belong to the new owner of Harrods, Qatari's ruling family, were clamped in front of the famous store in London. Onlookers booed the wardens as they attached the yellow clamps.

That's the thing with meter maids... They think they're doing their jobs, but their jealosy actually clouds the issue.

I got a ticket once with my bike underneath a stairwell where a number of bikes were parked. In no way, obstructing pedestrian traffic. What difference does it make to park there with a bike? It makes the city, or area less vibrant, less exciting.

Not everything is black and white...

Tell that to the bar owner with a customer's Ferrari parked outside his club... Or anything cool parked anywhere. I had a lowered GMC crew cab 1 ton dually parked in front of a club where it was marked as a taxi zone and it never got ticketed...

Because the club owner realized cool shit attracts attention, and therefore, business.

.
.

For the down voters... Yeah, maybe you might want to read the descriptive for the article... The new owners of Harrod's parked these cars in front of their own fucking store and got ticketed.

astroboy3000 - So you've never been to a football game then? With cars parked all along public property, up on the grassy areas next to the football stadium? You must not get out much, or you're simply interjecting your point for the sake of argument.

Jimmy Johnson is right, they're all player haters but it is poetic justice in a way.
Who owns those cars think they're the shit, and treat others as such. 27

Again, pictures can tell a lot, but not the whole story. Like micky mike said.... Did they tag all the cars? or just the two expensive cars? Is there perhaps a time limit to park there? and only the two expensive cars were parked in one spot too long? Too many variables and no answers. They are just that. pictures with no story
