The Chechen Republic is a part of Russia.
Everybody knows this republic after the Chechen War with Russia in 1990s.
Since the begin of Putin Era in Russia, Chechen Republic became much safier.
And its Kremlin-loyal President Ramzan Kadyrov loves expensive cars.
It seems like his cars cost more than the whole Chechen Republic :)
Locals hope that now the president Kadyrov will build new roads because there are no roads in the republic that are good enough for his Lamborghinis and Ferraris.
